Refund policy
Returns
While we typically don't offer returns, some situations may be eligible. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Earrings and Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Changed your mind?
If you have changed your mind about your item, or if they are not a perfect fit you are more than welcome to send them back for store credit or a refund! Please note refunds are not applicable for Clearance, Sale or Limited Stock items.
Store credit and refunds must be initiated within 48 hours after the order has been received according to tracking information.
All earring sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchanges.Â
Original shipping will not be refunded
Shipping fees will not be reimbursed to send the items back to us.
Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels for any type of return.
If your items arrive at Little Wander Shop damaged due to lack of protection (i.e. no bubble wrap), we will be unable to process your return and your items will be sent back to you.

Faulty?
Please email wander@littlewandershop.com. Please include detailed photos of damaged product to be sent through for inspection by our team.
Once your email has been received, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item(s).
All faulty items are eligible for replacement, store credit or a refund up to 3 months after the order was originally received
If your product is deemed faulty, we will absolutely reimburse your return shipping up to the amount needed to return the item via the original payment method.
If the total refund (including shipping reimbursement) is greater than the amount of your original order, you will be required to provide your PayPal information in order to receive your shipping reimbursement.

Incorrect Item Received?
If for some reason the products you received are different from your order, we are so sorry! We will absolutely amend this for you ASAP!
Please ensure to contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
We will absolutely reimburse your return shipping up to the amount needed to send the item back to Little Wander Shop.
In order for us to send out your correct items, we require the incorrect item{s} to be sent back to Little Wander Shop in the original condition and packaging.
If the item you originally purchased is no longer available, store credit will be offered

Damaged during shipping?
Please email wander@littlewandershop.com. Please include detailed photos of packaging, shipping container and damaged product to be sent through for inspection by our team.
Once your email has been received, we will be able to provide you with information on the next steps.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/clearance items cannot be refunded. In some cases, a credit may be issued. Please email wander@littlewandershop.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wander@littlewandershop.com and we'll send further return instructions

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a code will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will return the purchase price to the purchaser or offer store credit when the proper return policy has been followed.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Little Wander Shop
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are return shipping please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
