Have a questions? You’ve come to the right place! Here are some of our most popularly asked questions and their answers.


When will my order ship?

Our current turnaround time is approximately 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product page title. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is being prepped for shipment, your order will ship within 24 hours from the time of receipt. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update via USPS.

Please keep in mind we are a small, handmade and work-at-home mama owned business and this is just an estimate. I work to ship your items as fast as possible and in some cases your order will ship sooner than the estimated turnaround time. Thank you for your understanding!


Do you ship to APO and P.O. boxes?

As an Army Veteran's wife, I'm proud to offer APO friendly shipping. I understand the military mail situation can be tricky sometimes, so please reach out if you have any concerns or special requests! P.O. boxes are also ok with us!


I'd like something custom made. Do you offer custom ordering?

I love customs! If you'd like to make changes to an existing item, or you'd like something else, please email me at wander@littlewandershop.com with details and photos if you have them. Please, be respectful of other makers. I will not copy or recreate someone else's design. 

Custom orders will involve communication back and forth via email. Please keep an eye out for my emails regarding your order to keep the flow of production constant. 

If you are mailing an item for me to work into your piece, consider shipping priority mail with insurance and tracking to help keep track of delivery for both you and me. I am not responsible in anyway for mailing issues.

During production, I will stay in contact with you on progress, delays or updates. Please keep in mind, I need approval for moving forward in some situations. Prompt responses are appreciated! Once approval is given, no changes may be made. Please double check spelling, dates, etc.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I do not accept returns or exchanges, but am willing to work with you if something is not as expected! Please reach out via email wander@littlewandershop.com prior to mailing anything. Please keep in mind, returning an item to me without discussing first does not initiate any refund or credit. 

Please contact with any issues within 48 hours of receiving the item, as shown in the item tracking history.


Can you change my shipping address after an order is placed?

We cannot guarantee it, but we’ll definitely try. If you made a mistake on your shipping address please email wander@littlewandershop.com with your order # and info, and I’ll do my best to update your shipping address. Due to the volume of orders we receive, no promises but I'll do what I can! 


I forgot to apply my coupon code! Can you add it after my order has been placed?

Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we cannot apply coupon codes.


Do you offer upgraded shipping?

Yes, we do! Please email wander@littlewandershop.com prior to order placement and we will review express shipping methods.


Can I send a note with an order I placed?

Yes! If you are sending a gift and would like a note to be included, please leave your note in the notes section at checkout and we’ll be sure to add it.


Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! You may pickup from my porch in Troy, MO if you're local. Simply select the "local pickup" option at checkout and I will email you at the email provided when your order is ready to pick up.

I do not offer meet ups at this time.


Do you replace defective items?

Of course. We strive for quality as well as uniqueness. We will replace defective items within 5 days of receipt as shown on the product tracking. While many of our items are one of a kind with imperfections and vintagey goodness, we try to document them in photos. If something is not making you happy, please email us at wander@littlewandershop.com with any issues!


Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! Please checkout our wholesale application page or email us at wander@littlewandershop.com and we'll discuss options.


Do you work with influencers?

I would love to work with you! I don't offer free product as each of my items are unique and individually made by me. But if you'd like to collab, I'd love to extend a discount code to you and your followers after your first full price purchase. If you're interested in working together, please email me at wander@littlewandershop.com with your handles and any other info and we can chat!

{ABOUT HANDSTAMPING}

Please keep in mind that each letter is individually stamped by hand. The metal tools I use are not aligned and pressed by a machine...I literally make each impression by hand. This means spacing, depth and alignment can be expected to have some variation. Remember that perfection is not the intent with hand-stamped lettering and character is added with every tap of my hammer.
