The Memorial Collection FAQ

How does Pick up/Drop off/Mailing work?

Your service member's funeral casings are very important to me, as they are to you. If local to the Troy, MO 63379 area, please consider dropping the casing{s} off. A drop off address will be given when your item details are finalized. If this option is not feasible, please ensure you chose a shipping method that allows tracking. I will not be available to meet or sign for packages, please keep this in mind when selecting your delivery method. If you would like your final piece shipped, I will choose First-Class Shipping with tracking. {insurance available by request only at the customer's expense.}Β

Will I get my casings back?

Of course! Your casing and any additional you include will be returned back to you once I have removed the portion needed to complete your piece.

How many casings should I include?

During the process of creating this hand made item, care will be used in every step of the way but unforeseen damage is possible. If you have extra casings that will not be used, backup casings are appreciated in the event of an accident. Any unused casings will be returned to you with your final memorial item.

Who will be making my item?

I will be! I never outsource my work. If another service should be needed to create your one-of-a-kind piece, the customer would be part of the planning.

Can I purchase as a gift?

Of course! I send all finish products in a gift jewelry box ready to be given. These make wonderful gifts and I'd be happy to include a note, please leave gift instruction and note contents in the dialog box at checkout on the address page.

Just a note:

Please be aware, this piece requires the cutting and disassembly of the customer's property.

By purchasing, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this shop and acknowledging the risk involved. I hope you love your memorial item!
